The Myrtis Dightman Youth Rodeo is an organization dedicated to providing young athletes with opportunities to compete in rodeo events. Named after Myrtis Dightman, the first African American cowboy to qualify for the National Finals Rodeo, our youth rodeo celebrates diversity and excellence in the sport.

Our events are open to youth of all backgrounds and skill levels, ranging from beginners to experienced riders. We welcome participants who are passionate about rodeo and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
